1. Use of the website
By accessing and using the Hotel Dios Bogotá website, the user accepts these terms and conditions. The site's content is the exclusive property of the hotel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material contained on the page is prohibited.2. Reservations and payments
- Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or at the hotel.
- A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.
- Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Payments are accepted in cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation and modification policy
- Reservations can be canceled or modified without penalty up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations beyond this period will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- In case of no-show, the total amount for the first night will be charged.
4. Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. No smoking policy
In compliance with Law 1335 of 2009, smoking is prohibited within the hotel's facilities. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of up to COP 200,000.6. Pet policy
- The hotel allows small pets with an additional charge per night.
- Prior information about the pet is required at the time of reservation.
- Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damage caused to the facilities or other guests.
7. Personal data protection
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, we guarantee the protection of our guests' personal data. The collected data will be used exclusively for reservation, billing, and customer communication purposes. Guests can exercise their rights to access, rectify, and delete data by submitting a request to (hotel contact email).8. Minor pretection policy
In accordance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, Hotel Dios Bogotá rejects and reports any form of sexual exploitation of minors. Documentation proving the relationship of minors with the responsible accompanying adults will be required.9. Guest responsibility
- Guests are responsible for personal belongings within their rooms.
- Guests are expected to respect the hotel's rules and other visitors.
- Any damage caused to the facilities will be charged to the responsible guest's account.
10. Hotel liability limitation
Hotel Dios Bogotá is not responsible for:- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the hotel.
- Service failures due to force majeure or situations beyond our control.
